Position Overview:
As an integral part of the anesthesia team, the Anesthesia Technician plays a crucial role in supporting patient care during surgical procedures. This position involves the preparation and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, the Anesthesia Technician will:
1. Assist in the care of patients undergoing anesthesia by preparing necessary equipment prior to patient arrival, placing monitors, and ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies.
2. Maintain continuous communication with anesthesiologists, residents, and other medical professionals to address their needs throughout the procedure.
3. Operate advanced medical equipment, including the cell-saver machine, and participate in various complex surgical cases such as cardiac and transplant surgeries.
4. Ensure that all anesthesia equipment is functioning properly and that preventive maintenance is conducted regularly.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BLS certification
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician
Preferred:
- A four-year degree with relevant technical training or a two-year degree with related experience
- Certification from a recognized professional body in anesthesia technology.

Compensation Package:
