Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesia Technician to assist anesthesiologists and other medical professionals in the operating room. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing anesthesia equipment, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Anesthesia Care: Prepare anesthesia equipment, place monitors, and ensure cleanliness of equipment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Continuously communicate with anesthesiologists, residents, and other medical professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Support Surgical Procedures: Assist with difficult intubations, central line catheter placement, and other advanced surgical cases.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure anesthesia equipment is in good working order, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Train and Develop: Assist in training staff on anesthesia equipment and procedures, and participate in in-service training programs.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and other support staff.
