Team Leadership

  • Oversee back-of-house staffing and employee development

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain and enforce cleaning schedules and safety standards
  • Address any incidents involving dogs and communicate with pet parents
  • Monitor dog behavior and implement action plans for minor issues
  • Ensure operations meet Dogtopia's standards for safety and cleanliness
  • Responsible for opening and closing the facility
