Operations Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist in creating/updating Manufacturing operations records.
Document Management:
Organize and manage electronic and paper documents, including production schedules, inventory reports, and standard operating procedures.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Inventory Control:
Assist with inventory management by tracking office supplies, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all departments are aware of deadlines and timelines.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings related to manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
