Our taproom and brewery facility span over 25,000 square feet, featuring live music, private rooms, and an incredible outdoor patio with a state-of-the-art retractable roof. We also distribute beer and can be found in over 200 north Texas locations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in implementing vision and standards to ensure the overall success of the restaurant. This includes enforcing procedures and protocols with all employees, investing in and developing our teams, and creating an environment where employees treat each other with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
  • People management, planning, fostering teamwork, giving feedback, customer service, developing budgets, resolving conflict, and verbal communication.
  • Experience with monthly P&L reporting and management.
  • Curating an environment based on respect, communication, and customer service.
  • Holding employees accountable and ensuring they follow protocols set forth by the General Manager.
  • Delegating tasks and inspiring employees to bring out their best.
  • Assisting with hiring and staffing, ensuring the right people are in the right position.
  • Helping with inventory ordering, cost, waste, and other related tasks.
  • Negotiating with suppliers for the best pricing possible.
  • Assisting with invoice entry and COGS analysis.
  • Having an open schedule and availability to work nights and holidays when needed.
  • Training new staff members and holding them accountable for standards set forth by the GM.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Ensuring customers receive top-notch customer service.
  • Dealing with complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stepping into any position when needed (FOH and BOH).
  • Working with the BOH to minimize waste and keep up with Par sheets and inventory.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is a plus but not required.
