Respiratory Therapist Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Children's of Alabama. As a key member of our critical care team, you will provide life-saving respiratory care services to patients in various areas of the hospital.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in respiratory therapy and be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care or eligible for registry. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality patient care and provide education to other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include delivering respiratory care services, supervising respiratory care practitioners, and participating in orientation and in-service education programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining standards of performance and adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines approved by our Medical Directors.
