Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Behavioral Health Unit. This role involves supervising and directing nursing personnel, utilizing professional discretion and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, reporting critical information to physicians as needed
- Implement evidence-based interventions using clinical data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient plans
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or diploma in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Florida RN license mandatory
- Formal de-escalation training within 90 days of employment
- AHCA Level II Fingerprint Background required
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance coverage, educational reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
