Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) is a leading provider of innovative mental health services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Dual Diagnosis Counselor to join our team.
As a Regional Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Dual Diagnosis Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing culturally competent alcohol and drug outpatient treatment and other behavioral health counseling to individuals served by CCS who are also in the ACT program.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to develop client-centered service plans in conjunction with Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with clients and their families.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, providing individual and group counseling, monitoring progress towards Substance Use Disorder (SUD) goals, and conducting thorough discharge summaries and relapse prevention plans.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will work closely with other community partners to ensure seamless coordination of care and advocate on behalf of clients when necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of $34.15 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
