We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at Lucid Hearing in Durham, NC.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and conduct free hearing screenings
  • Analyze test findings and recommend assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Educate patients on the use and maintenance of hearing aid devices
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist
  • Passion for helping people hear better
