Senior Clinical Behavioral Supervisor

Compensation: Up to $105,000 annually

Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours with flexible hours

About the Role:

Arc Mercer Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Full Time Senior Clinical Behavioral Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge in the clinical management of complex behaviors utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies. We seek an enthusiastic leader capable of driving clinical initiatives, ensuring seamless clinical integration, and effectively managing a team of behavior specialists. A transformative leader is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the Clinical Team
  • Deliver all clinical directives associated with the execution of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), behavioral protocols, contracts, and interventions
  • Monitor the application of behavioral interventions on a weekly basis and gather essential data
  • Provide corrective feedback and ensure accountability in data collection and the execution of behavioral strategies as outlined in the behavior plan
  • Facilitate regular clinical meetings
  • Guide the creation and execution of behavior plans
  • Identify, develop, and conduct training sessions on various topics within Applied Behavior Analysis

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree, BCBA credentials, or in progress is preferred. Relevant experience in ABA will also be taken into account
  • RBT certification or a commitment to obtain it within six months of starting
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience working with adults aged 21 and older with developmental disabilities displaying challenging behaviors
  • Knowledge of DDD regulations
  • Experience in formulating and executing behavior modification strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess issues, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
