We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavioral Supervisor to join our team at Arc Mercer Inc. This role will oversee the operations of our Clinical Team and provide clinical directives related to the implementation of Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs), behavioral protocols, contracts, and other interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of BSPs and behavioral protocols
  • Provide clinical directives and guidance to the Clinical Team
  • Observe and take data on the implementation of behavioral interventions
  • Provide correction and accountability in data collection and delivery of behavioral interventions
  • Conduct regular clinical meetings and lead the development and implementation of behavior plans
  • Identify, develop, and conduct training in various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Significant experience with ABA, or RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT within 6 months of employment
  • Three years of professional experience working with adults 21 years of age or older with developmental disabilities that have challenging behaviors
  • Experience with DDD regulations and development and implementation of behavior modification strategies
  • Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills
