Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to lead our revenue cycle operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the revenue cycle team, including billing, follow-up, and collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare business setting, with at least 5 years in a related leadership role.
- Experience with medical third-party billing and payment and regulation management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, medical terminology, and healthcare billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
- Ability to operate in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Certified Medical Coder (CMC) certification.

Physical and Mental DemandsThe physical demands of this position include frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, talking, and hearing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The mental demands include the ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
