Qualifications:

  • WRT, ASD IICRC certification required.
  • A genuine desire to assist others in their time of need.
  • Aspirations for leadership and management roles.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mitigation Technician.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs with online training capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality water mitigation tasks, including demolition, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation, adhering to Paul Davis and industry standards under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicle and manage all company equipment responsibly.
  • Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related duties when necessary.
  • Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles as opportunities arise.
