We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at DiFilippo. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space.
  • Supervise and guide a small team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
