Procurement Manager

Capital Region Airport Commission is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee daily departmental operations and ensure compliance with public procurement rules and federal regulations.
Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for coordinating with Commission leadership, maintaining procurement paperwork, conducting market research, optimizing procurement software, and providing analysis to support DBE/ACDBE initiatives, examining contractor bonds and insurance, and making policy recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- At least three years of experience in a related field required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism when interacting with staff, tenants, customers, and representatives of local, state, and federal agencies.
- Ability to work in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others.
