Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and driven technical professionals to support project management for a diverse range of engaging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential project opportunities and communicate with client services regarding new work.
  • Provide comprehensive technical oversight and assistance on new facade and roofing projects from proposal stage to final client approval.
  • Define project goals, budgets, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual and hands-on assessments of building exterior envelopes, develop work scopes, and establish budgetary goals.
  • Prepare construction documentation and details to rectify deficiencies in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage contractor bid processes.
  • Conduct site observations and special inspections, producing detailed site visit reports.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, manage change orders, and oversee project completion, including necessary sign-offs.
  • Continuously monitor and manage project budgets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in inspecting building exterior envelopes and managing exterior repair or roofing projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building exterior envelope systems, weatherproofing, masonry repairs, historic preservation, and roofing projects, including FISP inspections and reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in estimating, cost management, construction oversight, and client relationship development.
  • Experience with New York building regulations is essential.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required; a Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
