Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Greet members and guests with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone, creating a positive first impression of VASA Fitness.
  • Membership Sales and Retention
    • Sell memberships, upgrades, and personal training consultations, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Club Operations
    • Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, and hourly club walks.
    • Restock merchandise and process REVIVE sales, ensuring a seamless and efficient member experience.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the team to implement ideas and improve the member experience, sharing feedback and best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
