As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, and driving membership sales and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet members and guests with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone, creating a positive first impression of VASA Fitness.
- Membership Sales and Retention
- Sell memberships, upgrades, and personal training consultations, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to drive retention and loyalty.
- Club Operations
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, and hourly club walks.
- Restock merchandise and process REVIVE sales, ensuring a seamless and efficient member experience.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the team to implement ideas and improve the member experience, sharing feedback and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
