Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and wants to work for an organization that actively improves lives. As a Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for people served.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with individuals served by building rapport and trust
* Implement treatment plans using sound judgment and collaborate with the treatment team
* Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention strategies when requested
* Promote safe and socially acceptable behaviors through effective communication and social interaction skills
* Collect and analyze behavior data to identify solutions to barriers and make recommendations to supervisors and behavior analysts as needed

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma with RBT, Associates, or Bachelors Degree required
* Preferred experience in related field
* RBT Credential preferred
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
