  9. Hold overall responsibility for the daily management of IT Infrastructure, ensuring system uptime and SLA compliance across multiple hybrid data centers.
  10. Administer the IT budget, providing regular updates on budget execution against planned figures.
  11. Oversee capacity management and supply/demand alignment for IT infrastructure needs, considering current projects and future requirements.
  12. Conduct evaluations of products and vendors to ensure the selection of top-tier technologies and partners, while managing strategic vendor relationships and assisting in IT procurement negotiations.
  13. Engage with customers to showcase the strengths of SaaS IT and Security during sales interactions, aiding the sales team in responding to requests for proposals.
  14. Regularly assess and audit the performance of system integrators and original equipment manufacturers.
  15. Collaborate closely with the security team to implement secure IT infrastructure for enterprise and customer initiatives.
  16. Coordinate with the Disaster Recovery Manager to enforce policies and procedures for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
