Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Southern Worcester and Rhode Island area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in Construction Equipment and/or Construction Field.
About the Role:
- Manage a geographical sales territory
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers
- Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts
- Meet or exceed company minimum sales and profit goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs associated with territory management
- Ensure timely processing of paperwork
- Provide accurate trade appraisal data
- Assist with RFQs/RFPs and tenders opportunities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Construction Equipment and/or Construction Field
- Sales driven and collaborative individual
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build lasting professional relationships
