Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Southern Worcester and Rhode Island area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in Construction Equipment and/or Construction Field.

About the Role:

  • Manage a geographical sales territory
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers
  • Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts
  • Meet or exceed company minimum sales and profit goals

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage costs associated with territory management
  2. Ensure timely processing of paperwork
  3. Provide accurate trade appraisal data
  4. Assist with RFQs/RFPs and tenders opportunities

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Construction Equipment and/or Construction Field
  • Sales driven and collaborative individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build lasting professional relationships
