Job Title: Quality Control Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Construction Manager to join our team at The Patriot Group, Inc. in San Diego, CA.

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects, managing quality processes, and leading inspections and testing. This role requires a strong understanding of construction quality management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and certification records.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management, with a focus on military construction projects.
  • Proven track record of ensuring quality construction projects and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Federal EM-385 requirements and hazard identification and safety compliance.
