Quality Control Manager

MWH Constructors is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
