We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team at The Patriot Group Inc. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects, including hangar construction projects. You will lead and manage quality processes, including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts. You will also create and implement project-specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans. Additionally, you will support site safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quality processes, including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts
Create and implement project-specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans
Support site safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures
Perform the USACE three phases of control, Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up

Requirements:
Licensed Professional Engineer with five (5) years of relevant construction experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) with seven (7) years of relevant construction experience
Ten (10) years of relevant construction experience
Construction QC experience on military construction projects of $20Mil or greater is required
Experience military hanger construction
Knowledge of OSHA and Federal EM-385 requirements and hazard identification and safety compliance
Experience on large ground-up; Military/Federal/DOD; vertical projects
Current certificate for 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors'
Working knowledge of Procore document control system
US Citizenship is a must for access to US Military Installations
