Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to identify business system improvements and bridge the needs of the business with information technology.
  • Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies, and information systems.
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
  • Work with the IT team to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Three years of experience in finance, supply chain, human resources, or learning management, preferably in a comparable organization.
  • One year of PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, or ELM application support/implementation experience or other ERP application experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels within the organization.
