Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our team at Garner Health. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to transform the healthcare economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic guidance on management practices, organizational design, performance management, and employee development.
  • Lead the development and administration of employee benefits programs, including self-funded benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement people analytics capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Assess and build out compliance practices in partnership with our Legal team.
  • Drive change management initiatives and complex employee matters, including investigations.
  • Manage our Office Manager and lead the Facilities roadmap, including an upcoming office move.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a People Business Partner and/or People Operations professional in a high-growth company.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and innovative trends across People processes, culture, and team effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of delivering People initiatives with a high ownership mentality, detail orientation, and excellent project management skills.
  • Strong skills in risk mitigation, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with People analytics, with advanced excel/google sheets abilities.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $165,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
