This is a salary-exempt position with an estimated annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Process Control Engineer to join our team. This role requires a balance of technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in STEM, with a focus on Process Adherence, Process Optimization, and Client Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to SCADA systems and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to enhance system performance.
  • Thoroughly document Lessons Learned and opportunities for Process Improvement.
  • Lead weekly stakeholder meetings throughout multi-year projects.
  • Positively represent Axiom at professional events.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments.
  • Travel for 1-2 weeks at a time, provided reasonable notice.
  • Additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Process Controls or Process Adherence.
  • Prior real-world experience applying Process Management (Controls).
  • 3+ years of experience in, or a degree related to, the Mission Critical Industry.
  • Field experience in the New Construction/Large Commercial Construction Industry.
  • Prior Multi-Trade Commissioning experience.
  • Certification or credential in SCADA or software control platform.
  • Experience with System Integration, Factory or Site Acceptance Testing, or QA/QC Processes.
