Job Description

Xecutive Recruitment Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing processes and improving efficiency.

You will work closely with our experienced team to design and implement new processes, reducing waste and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design and implement new processes to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain statistical process control (SPC) techniques and programs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management, including meeting facilitation and presentation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD, PQ2, GD & T, and 5s and visual factory concepts.
  • Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel.
