Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule client trips and manage client data with a strong understanding of funding sources and eligibility requirements.
  • Coordinate with callers to optimize trip times and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support our drivers by scheduling trips effectively and accurately.
  • Enter client data completely and accurately, ensuring the client database is up-to-date.
  • Answer phones in a courteous manner and provide information to callers, including available services and trip confirmations.
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional service and experience for every caller.
  • Follow up with client needs and return calls in a timely manner.
  • Be diplomatic when negotiating pick-up times with clients to optimize driver schedules.
  • Provide support to the dispatch team as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate, required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferred.
  • Analytical thinker who proactively seeks solutions.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English a plus.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.

  • Full-Time hourly position with a starting rate of $16.50. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education, and internal equities.
