Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Alternative Accounting team within Fidelity's Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) business unit. As a leader in the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including daily deliverable review and oversight, pivotal initiatives, business performance evaluation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams within FFIO and business associates across the firm to ensure seamless operations

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Provide guidance and oversight to team members, including mentoring and career development opportunities

• Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results

• Collaborate with management to make effective use of available resources across groups and recommend changes to systems, processes, and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience

• Strong understanding of the finance industry, partnership accounting, and back-office operations for alternative products, including private equity, hedge fund, and digital asset products

• Excellent analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to develop and deliver cogent, insightful presentations to all levels of finance and business leadership
