Job Title: Server

At Goodwood Brewing Co., we are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
  • Greet guests and ensure prompt request for drink orders.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services.
  • Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and perceive when meal portions have been completed.
  • Clear and reset tables.
  • Complete all side work as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean work and storage area.
  • Read and understand MSDS.
  • May assist in the set-up, cleaning, and refreshing of function rooms.
  • Attend department meetings.
  • Complete projects as determined by the Management Team.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use arithmetic to total costs and make change.
  • Capacity to converse with different people to provide information and deliver service.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
  • Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects like heavy trays.
  • Availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
