Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Vacation Sales Consultant to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling our vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers.

Your primary duties will include conducting guest presentations and tours, attending training classes, building relationships with assigned sales managers and team members, and ensuring that all questions are answered professionally and correctly.

You will also be required to deliver quality customer service to all guests and owners, achieve personal and departmental written objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Essential Duties:

  • Conducts a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times.
  • Attends training classes on an ongoing basis.
  • Builds relationships with assigned sales managers and team members.
  • Ensures and performs coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned sales manager.
Requirements
