Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect animal enclosures, equipment, and facilities to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assisting Veterinarians: Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, including injections, venipuncture, and wound dressing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process monetary transactions, provide customer service, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in animal care or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift 75 pounds.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift 75 pounds.
