Key Responsibilities- Handle a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service.
- Provide expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations.
- Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they receive the best care.
- Document interactions, keeping accurate records of customer communications for follow-up or reporting purposes.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism even in high-stress situations.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics.
- Reliable internet connectivity and experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
