Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Delta Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective plumbing client leads, utilizing multiple contact strategies to answer questions, identify customer needs, and transfer them to the sales team to complete transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to outbound and incoming telephone calls.
  • Assume ownership of customer interactions and respond efficiently, accurately, and professionally to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Schedule appointments and accurately note all interactions in our company system.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Phone Dialer.
  • Multitask and toggle between 5-6 windows and/or programs at a time.
  • Develop strong communication skills and maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality and call handle times.
  • Capture customer information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Complete all required company training and compliance courses.
  • Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Customer Service field.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.
  • Proficient in time management and able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Able to use sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time.
  • No exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
