Position Overview:

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator at Mosaec will assist the marketing and communications director in crafting and implementing promotional strategies. This role involves managing social media platforms, generating captivating content, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Aid in the design and execution of marketing initiatives, encompassing digital, social media, email, and conventional marketing.
2. Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
3. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and event displays.
4. Regularly refresh and maintain the company website with updated content.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media efforts.
6. Assist in organizing and promoting events, both virtual and in-person.
7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing one).
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing capacity or internship.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Analytics and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basic graphic design capabilities.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time remote role, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
