We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Snyder Langston. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for residential and mixed-use construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-estimate meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Provide conceptual and final estimating input on complex projects.
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
- Track awarded contracts as required; may include estimating/pricing extra work items, change orders, credit, procuring materials on major work items.
- 10-15 years' estimating experience for a General Contractor.
- Experience with Commercial, Residential, Ground-up, Tenant Improvement, and Renovation work.
- Familiar with trade scopes of work across all product types.
- Able to develop complete Conceptual Estimates, Hard Bid Estimates, Negotiated GMP's, and Value Engineering.
- Beck Software Systems experience a plus (D-Profiler & D-Est).
