Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to current and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and residential/commercial insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite and phone customer service
  • Review product offerings and services for current and potential customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar invites
  • Process renewals and connect customers with licensed insurance agents as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) essential
  • Strong communication skills and minimum 2-4 years of administrative support experience
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a full-time, onsite position with a standard work schedule of Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM.
