Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Insurance Teamwork Services. As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound and In-bound Sales Communication: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with clients via phone and email, ensuring seamless sales interactions.
- Offering Additional Products: Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell existing products to customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Achieving Performance Goals: Set and exceed monthly, weekly, and daily performance targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Prior Allstate Insurance Sales Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in Allstate Insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state and demonstrate the ability to obtain non-resident licenses.
- Technical Requirements: Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection is maintained throughout your workday.
- Personal Qualities: Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong drive for success, and effective time-management abilities.
Compensation Package: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $40,000 annually, with top performers earning over $100,000 + annually. Additionally, take advantage of comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) plan.
