Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Bakery Coworker to join our team. As a Retail Bakery Coworker, you will support the efforts of the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing our fresh and packaged bakery sales, providing superior customer service, and maintaining a quality store image.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and greet each guest with a smile
  • Support the efforts of the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing our fresh and packaged bakery sales
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store, including the bakery area
  • Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation
  • Lift up to 50lbs and walk/stand for 4+ hours per day
  • Available to work on a part-time basis, including weekday and weekend shifts

Requirements:

  • Great people skills and a desire to help others
  • Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation
