Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Establish and nurture new business connections with prospective clients in the Commercial IT or Life Sciences sectors.
  • Promote Piper's staffing solutions through various outreach methods, both virtually and face-to-face, to hiring decision-makers.
  • Lead and mentor your recruitment team on effective strategies for talent acquisition, ensuring quality submissions to job openings before presenting to clients.
  • Serve as the representative of our firm within the staffing landscape.
  • Leverage multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to build a robust pipeline, arrange meetings with potential clients, and negotiate service agreements.

Qualifications for the Account Manager:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in new business development within an agency staffing context, rather than solely managing existing accounts.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients in a staffing agency environment.
  • A strong competitive spirit and motivation to excel in a performance-driven, commission-based setting.
  • Availability to work on-site a majority of the week.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.

Compensation & Benefits for the Account Manager:

  • Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience.
