Job Overview

Objective:

The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Marketing and R&D departments to introduce innovative product lines to the marketplace. This role will represent the business's interests in defining the marketing strategy for plan development, project oversight, and product solutions through effective collaboration with essential stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Required Experience:

Experience in wound care products and familiarity with allograft processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication, uphold standards, and secure approvals for individual products with relevant team members.
  • Assist in managing outreach efforts, including social media strategies, public engagements, and meetings.
  • Establish relationships and coordinate discussions with key stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
  • Implement strategies to enhance product demand and boost sales.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Director of Marketing and stakeholders to realize their vision.
  • Contribute to the planning of new company initiatives, including product concepts based on current and anticipated market trends.
  • Generate reports and deliver presentations on project progress.
  • Evaluate customer and client feedback to inform subsequent product development steps.
  • Maintain ongoing communications regarding the lifecycle of the Aesthetics product portfolio.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of validation procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant scientific field is required, or 4-8 years of proven experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Required experience with wound care products and allograft processes.

This position allows for remote work opportunities.
