The primary goal of this trusted advisor is to enhance client assets, retain existing clients, and attract new ones by serving as the primary contact for their investment requirements. The Virtual Financial Advisor must adhere to all Citizens Financial Group policies, regulatory standards, and legal obligations. This role demands a comprehensive approach to delivering exceptional service and sales solutions to address clients' financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Focus: Strive to provide exemplary customer service.
- Sales Growth: Assess clients' investment needs and achieve sales targets by delivering an outstanding virtual experience.
- Business Development: Actively seek opportunities to cultivate and enhance client relationships.

- Professional Growth: Engage in opportunities to broaden knowledge and improve interpersonal skills.
- Possession of active Series 7 and 63 licenses, along with life insurance credentials.
- Proven history of exceptional sales performance.
- Experience with virtual and phone-based service and sales, preferably in financial or investment products.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to evolving requirements or environments.
