Position Summary

This position offers a distinctive opportunity to influence financial strategy and business collaboration within a rapidly evolving technology firm. We are seeking a Finance Manager to facilitate the integration of our recent acquisition and ensure alignment with our ambitious growth objectives. You will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Strategy, Operations, Product, and the core Accounting & Finance teams, to support critical business and financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing financial models and forecasts, as well as providing insights to guide strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will oversee growth initiatives by managing progress and establishing essential measurement and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate operational and financial data to identify trends and assess potential business risks and opportunities.
  • Manage financial models and analyses to strike a balance between growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement new processes and policies.
  • Design and enhance detailed financial forecasting models.
  • Generate reports and develop support systems to communicate key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in SaaS or IoT sectors.
  • Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Expertise in developing Excel-based financial models, focusing on data aggregation and analysis for actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with headcount reconciliation and month-end budget versus actuals reconciliation.
  • Background in both public and private sectors, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as ERPs (NetSuite, Great Plains), Planning Software (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment), Payroll/HRIS (Dayforce, ADP), Expense Software (Navan, Expensify, Coupa), and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in communication and formatting.
