Our goal is to enhance daily living, working, and leisure activities, ultimately reclaiming our most precious resource: time.

Position Summary

This position offers a distinctive opportunity to influence financial strategy and partnership within a rapidly evolving technology company. We are seeking a Finance Manager to facilitate the integration of our recent acquisition and ensure alignment with our ambitious growth objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Strategy, Operations, Product, and the core Accounting & Finance departments, to support strategic financial decisions. Your role will involve developing and managing financial models and forecasts, as well as providing insights to guide recommendations. • Proven ability to partner with Senior Leadership and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Expertise in constructing Excel-based financial models, focusing on data aggregation and analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high precision, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with headcount reconciliation and month-end budget versus actuals reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with both public and private company environments, preferably in high-growth settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience with financial systems, including ERPs (NetSuite, Great Plains), Planning Software (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment), Payroll/HRIS (Dayforce, ADP), Expense Software (Navan, Expensify, Coupa), and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a low-ego, highly cooperative cross-functional team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on communication and formatting.

At Metropolis, you will be part of a world-class team of product leaders and engineers, developing an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. We strive to cultivate an inclusive culture where every voice is heard, and the best ideas prevail. Your contributions will be vital in fostering and maintaining this culture as our organization continues to grow.
