Transition Finance Strategies LLC is a professional services firm that provides third-party retirement plan administration services for companies that sponsor Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) and 401(k) Plans. We have a nationwide client base and are seeking sharp, detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated Pension Plan Administrator who wants to deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including compliance and discrimination testing, distribution and loan processing, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Process distributions and loans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in defined contribution administration
  • 1+ years of experience in defined benefit administration (preferred)
  • Experience with DATAIR or FT Williams (a plus)
  • Accounting background (preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy, dependability, sense of integrity, and self-motivation
  • Ability to meet deadlines timely
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Self-starter, details-oriented, motivated, and a team-player
  • Professionalism
