Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving group sales and revenue growth within our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve property sales goals and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site inspections and present property offerings to potential clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
