The Health & Wellbeing Collective is an operational platform that supports companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space. Our VMS Co-Op has formed one customer-facing account team across OLLY, SmartyPants, Welly and Onnit.

Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader - Vitamin and Supplement IndustryThis role will lead all retail sales efforts across OLLY, SmartyPants, Onnit and Welly, serving as the 'face' of these Health & Wellbeing Collective brands to customers.
Key responsibilities include leading field sales efforts, building relationships with customers and partners, ensuring annual planning and execution, and partnering with CEOs and senior leadership to deliver on joint business plans.
The successful candidate will possess 20-25 years of experience in CPG Sales, with a proven track record of success working with top-tier retailers and preferably experience selling within the Vitamin and Supplement space.
Able to influence cross-functionally and build capabilities for the entire company, this leader must have solid negotiation skills and be energized and passionate about building transformational brands in today's marketplace.
Responsibilities:- Lead all field sales efforts including sales strategy, category management, and trade planning.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners at all levels of management.
- Ensure annual planning and execution across each operating company is profitable and on-strategy.
- Partner with CEOs and senior leadership to deliver on joint business plans.
This role requires a true 'team player' who can work cross-functionally to achieve results and drive strategic planning and execution of annual joint business plans at all accounts.
Requirements:- 20-25 years of experience in CPG Sales with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Inclusive leader with expertise in relationship retail, consultative approach, and sought-after partner to retailers.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
