The North American Family Institute (NAFI), a prominent national non-profit organization dedicated to human services, is currently seeking full-time clinicians to implement an evidence-based approach known as Functional Family Therapy – Foster Care (FFT-FC). This program aims to support youth and their foster families or permanency families residing in specific regions of Florida. FFT is designed as a community-oriented initiative, catering to families engaged with the Florida Department of Children and Families.

The role involves delivering intensive family therapy within the home environment of foster and permanency families during non-traditional hours. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with adolescents. Eligibility to work with children and adolescents is mandatory, which includes passing a series of background checks and abuse screenings.

This position necessitates a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the capacity to maintain a flexible schedule, including evening hours as required. Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and familiarity with electronic health records is also essential. Bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Salary: $57,000 annually

Schedule: Availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary (Required)

Work Location: Remote services provided to families in designated counties as needed.
