Hotel Front Office Staff

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and requests, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
