About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and requests, and addressing any concerns they may have.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all guests in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management systems.
