This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a LPN Medication Care Manager. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents by providing safe and effective medication administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
- Resident Care: Provide direct care to residents, including conducting service and health updates, and participating in the development of individualized service plans.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices, and report any accidents or incidents immediately.

Qualifications
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
